2Connect the scan tool's data connector towards the ES300's diagnostic information port situated underneath the dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle.3Press the scan tool's power button and wait for it to boot up. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter within the vehicle's specific power train details Auto diagnostics.
4Select "PCM" from the scan tool's major menu. Decide on "codes diagnostics car tool," then pick "clear all existing and stored DTCs." DTC can be a technical acronym from "diagnostic difficulty code."5Wait for the scan tool's display to indicate that the codes happen to be cleared. Disconnect the scan tool from the car and start off the engine. Verify that the SES light is just not illuminated. The PCM is now reset.
